We are growing and looking for the following positions to be filled:

Outside Sale Representative
Benefits:

  • Customer leads are furnished – no cold calling or door knocking

  • Hourly rate with a lucrative commission and targeted bonus plan - $100,000+ in annual compensation can be achieved by someone diligently providing solutions to our customers

Responsibilities:
  • Be knowledgeable about the products and services we provide
  • Conduct an average of 4 service inspections per day
  • Meet with customers in their home or business to perform an assessment of their issue, determine options for solving their problem, and educate them on the benefit of our services
  • Manage and track sales in our field service management software
  • Coordinate with the repair team to execute wildlife damage repair solutions
  • Follow up with customers upon completion of the work to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Effective interpersonal, organization and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience; preferably in-home
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals
  • Experience in construction is preferred; knowledge of wildlife is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable with ladders and confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check

Wildlife Repair Technician
Benefits:
  • Hourly rate with a targeted bonus plan - $40,000-$55,000 in annual compensation can be achieved by someone diligently providing solutions to our customers
  • Company vehicle and cell phone provided
  • Paid training and an assigned mentor
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance; retirement plan matching; and paid holidays and time off
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the sales team to execute the wildlife damage repair solutions required to resolve our customers’ wildlife problems
  • Independently produce quality repair work in an efficient and timely manner
  • Brainstorm with other repair team members to determine the best - and often creative - method of performing necessary repairs when challenges are encountered
  • Maintain job notes in our field service management software
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
  • Properly account for all tools and equipment and ensure that materials and supplies inventories are adequate

Pest Control Technician
Benefits:
  • Hourly rate with a lucrative commission and targeted bonus plan - $40,000-$50,000 in annual compensation can be achieved by someone diligently providing solutions to our customers
  • Company vehicle and cell phone provided
  • Paid training and an assigned mentor
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance; retirement plan matching; and paid holidays and time off
Responsibilities:
  • Identify pests such as rodents, moles/voles, ants, spiders, wasps, mosquitos and bed bugs
  • Knowledge of common practices and tools used to control pests, both chemical and mechanical
  • Ability to safely mix and apply pesticides in accordance with label instructions and local regulations
  • Inspect property to identify pest problems and determine the appropriate course of action to eliminate the pests
  • Execute the solution and educate customers on the best way to prevent reinfestation
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional company products and services
  • Manage and track sales in our field service management software
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
  • Properly account for all tools and equipment and ensure that materials and supplies inventories are adequate
Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions
  • Certified Pest Control Applicator License preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 1 year of pest control experience
  • Comfortable with confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
